Cookie Policy

The cookies dykaw uses and why

Version 1.0, 14 September 2026. Operated by PARWARE LIMITED (company number 08432317), trading as dykaw™. Contact: privacy@dykaw.co.uk.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Some are needed to make a site work, others are used to measure how a site is used or to advertise. This policy explains which cookies dykaw uses.

2. dykaw uses only strictly necessary cookies

dykaw sets only a small number of first party cookies: one that is strictly necessary to sign you in and keep the platform secure, and one optional remember me cookie that is set only if you choose it. dykaw does not use advertising cookies, and it does not use cookies to track you across other websites, so it does not show a cookie banner.

3. The cookies we set

These are the only cookies dykaw sets. Each is set with the HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite protections, so it cannot be read by scripts, is only sent over an encrypted connection, and is not sent to other sites. PHPSESSID is strictly necessary, so no consent is needed for it, and remember_token is set only if you actively choose the remember me option.

CookiePurposeTypeLifespan
PHPSESSID Keeps you signed in during your visit and protects forms against cross site request forgery. The platform does not work without it Strictly necessary, first party Expires after 30 minutes of inactivity, or when you close the browser
remember_token Supports the optional remember me feature, so a returning user stays signed in without entering their password again. Only set if you choose it Functional, first party, set only on your choice 30 days

4. Third party resources

dykaw loads an icon library from a content delivery network (cdnjs, operated by Cloudflare) so that icons display correctly. This resource serves static files only and does not set cookies on your device.

5. If this changes in future

dykaw is not currently running analytics or preference cookies. If it adds any in future, it will update this policy and, where the law requires, give you clear information and a simple way to turn them off. dykaw will not add advertising or cross site tracking cookies.

6. Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that if you block the strictly necessary cookies above, you will not be able to sign in or use the platform, because they are essential to how it works.

7. Contact

Any questions about cookies, or anything in this policy, please contact privacy@dykaw.co.uk.
