Billing Policy
How Parware bills for paid dykaw accounts, and how billing data is handled
1. Who bills you
Paid dykaw accounts are billed by PARWARE LIMITED, trading as dykaw. Parware is registered for VAT under number 510976196, and VAT is shown on invoices where it applies.
2. What is billed
Agencies pay for the paid features of dykaw, including the alerts service. The pricing, tiers and any trial terms are set out in the Agency (Pro) Terms & Conditions.
3. Invoices and payment
- Each purchase is recorded in the agency's dashboard as an order. Orders are for information and confirmation only — no payment is taken at the point an order is made.
- All charges for the period are aggregated into a single invoice at the end of each calendar month, issued by email to the registered email address.
- Each invoice shows the account tier, the amount, the VAT where it applies, and the date. Once an invoice is paid, its charges are marked as paid line by line.
- Payment is by bank transfer to Parware's business account. dykaw does not use a card payment provider.
- dykaw does not store card details.
4. Billing data and your privacy
The billing information dykaw holds, such as the tier, amount and date, is handled in line with the Privacy Policy. Financial records are kept for about six years to meet tax rules. If an account is deleted, the billing record is kept for that period with the link to the individual removed.
5. Questions and disputes
If you have a question about an invoice, contact us and we will look into it. Any refund or dispute terms are set out in the Agency Terms.
6. Review
This policy is reviewed at least annually and when the way dykaw bills changes, for example if a card payment provider is added.
